It was in the moment that my friend genuinely exclaimed to me, "This must feel so cool!" That I stepped back and took in this entire experience and opportunity as a whole. As I stood there, I stared up at something that was my art, and watched how it connected itself to so many other individuals, with their own art, and their own story, yet without one of us, this entire project would be nothing. And maybe I should have gotten it sooner, but it was in that one thought, that I personally experienced the point to this entire thing. To me it became an outward expression of unity. It reminded me why I live my life the way that I do. Why I value my relationships over things, why I acknowledge that I can't exist without someone existing with me. All of those faces proclaim I am someone, doing something. And that is something to be proud of. To be amazed by.
I truly am so grateful for the Inside Out Project. A huge thank you to Kristina DaSilva who headed up the entire project, for allowing me to be a part of it. She worked incredibly hard, and her efforts are evident.
And a high five to my co-photographer Jim Zielinski.
And of course my friends over at Cadence, for connecting me to this project.
Please take some time and go check out the wall, and interpret it for yourself. I promise it will make you feel something.

And as usual, Thank you to my family for coming out and supporting this. And for thinking it was pretty cool. I've never done anything that ended up this big on a building before. So it was special to me.
